By using VitalityRise or this website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Wellness app disclaimer

VitalityRise is a general wellness tool. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, and it is not a medical device. Nothing in the app or on this website is medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, and particularly before starting a new exercise programme if you have any pelvic, urological, cardiac or neurological condition.

2. Age

The app is rated 17+ and is intended for adults. Do not use it if you are under 17.

3. Your data

Your assessment answers, scores, streaks and plan progress are stored on your device. We do not hold them and cannot recover them for you if you delete the app or lose the device. The Privacy Policy sets out what limited anonymous data the app does transmit.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store, and are governed by Apple's terms as well as these. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through your Apple ID settings; a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. 5. Intellectual property

The app, its content, the 30-day programme, the design and the content of this website are the intellectual property of VITALITY RISE LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission. Quoting a passage with attribution and a link is fine.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app or its content for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, and not to attempt to circumvent the subscription mechanism.

7. Third-party sources

This website links to and summarises published research. Those summaries are our reading of the papers, offered in good faith with the sources named so you can check them. We are not affiliated with the authors, journals or institutions cited, and their work does not constitute an endorsement of this app.

8. Limitation of liability

We make no guarantees about results or about the accuracy of content. Your use of the app is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the app or this website.

9. Updates to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the current version.
