Who builds VitalityRise

VitalityRise is made by one person. That is worth knowing before you decide whether to trust anything on this site.

The person

I'm Kyrylo Lozovyi, an independent iOS developer. I write the code, the copy, the 30-day plan and these pages, and I answer the support email. The company behind the app is VITALITY RISE LLC, which exists so that Apple has something to pay and someone to hold responsible.

There are no investors, no growth team, no content agency and no medical advisory board. Where a bigger company would put a "reviewed by our medical team" badge, this site puts a linked citation instead — you can check a paper; you cannot check a badge.

What the app is

An iPhone app that runs pelvic floor training sessions, breathing and mobility work, and a 30-day plan, and keeps what you tell it on your phone. It is in the App Store's Health & Fitness category as a general wellness app. It is not a medical device and has not been through any regulatory approval process, because it does not do anything that requires one.

Rules the app will not break

• No claim to treat or cure anything. Not in the app, not in an ad, not in an App Store screenshot. The evidence supports something specific and moderate, and the pages here say exactly how specific.
• No sensitive data leaves your phone. Assessment answers, scores, check-ins, streaks and plan progress are stored locally and are never uploaded. There is no account to create and no server holding your answers.
• No dark patterns on the subscription. One price per period, no add-on packs on top of a subscription, no fake countdowns, and a lifetime option for people who would rather not subscribe at all. Cancelling is Apple's flow, and the support page tells you where it is.
• No bodies. No photographs of people, no before-and-after images, no implied physical outcomes. The app is deliberately dull-looking over your shoulder.
• No leaderboards or sharing. Nothing about this belongs in a feed.

What I get wrong

The app is new and has almost no reviews. It is iPhone-only with no Android version planned. The recovery and breathing content is the thinnest-evidenced part of it, and the methodology page says so. And a one-person app carries a real risk that a larger one does not: if I stop, it stops. The lifetime purchase exists partly because that risk should not also cost you a subscription.

The name

The app is VitalityRise, with an S. The domain is vitalityrize.me, with a Z, because that is what was available. There is also an unrelated supplement called VitalRize, which is not us, not affiliated with us, and not something we have any control over. If you arrived here looking for a pill, this is the wrong site.
