Privacy Policy

VitalityRise is a privacy-focused iPhone app for men's wellness. Your wellness content — your plan, progress, assessment answers and streaks — stays on your device. This policy explains exactly what limited, anonymous data the app does process, and why.

1. No account required

VitalityRise does not require any login, account registration or cloud syncing. We never ask for your name, email address or any other personal identifier inside the app.

2. Data stored on your device

All of your wellness data — quiz answers, baseline assessments, daily plan progress, streaks and preferences — is stored locally on your device only. It is never uploaded to our servers or shared with anyone. Deleting the app erases all of it.

3. Health data (Apple HealthKit)

If you choose to enable it, VitalityRise reads your daily step count from Apple Health (read-only) to show your movement progress. This access is optional, requires your explicit permission through the iOS system prompt, and can be revoked at any time in the Health app. Health data never leaves your device and is never used for analytics, advertising or any other purpose.

4. Anonymous usage analytics

To understand how the app is used and improve it, we use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first analytics service. Any identifiers are irreversibly hashed on your device before transmission, so no personally identifiable information or raw device IDs ever reach a server. Analytics events cover app usage (for example, completing onboarding or a plan day) along with general technical context such as device model, OS version, app version and locale. Your health data, quiz answers and wellness content are never included in analytics.

5. Advertising attribution

To measure whether our advertising campaigns work, the app uses Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork framework together with AppsFlyer (a mobile measurement partner) and, if enabled, the Meta events SDK. This is configured deliberately for privacy:

6. Subscriptions and payments

VitalityRise offers optional subscriptions (including a free trial) and a one-time lifetime purchase, all processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. 7. Notifications

If you enable reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device. These are generated locally, use deliberately discreet wording, and do not involve any server or push-notification service.

8. This website

vitalityrize.me is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising or tracking scripts, and loads no third-party fonts or resources. The self-check tool runs entirely in your browser: your answers are never transmitted and are gone when you close the tab. GitHub, as the host, processes server logs including IP addresses in the ordinary course of serving the site.

9. Optional email contact

If you contact us at support@vitalityrize.me, we may retain the email solely for the purpose of responding to your request.

10. Your rights

Because the app collects no personally identifiable data, there is no personal profile for us to access, correct or export. Your wellness data can be erased at any time by deleting the app. You can revoke Health access in the Health app and disable notifications in iOS Settings at any time. 11. Children's privacy

VitalityRise is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy if needed. All updates will be posted here and are effective immediately upon publishing.
