Subscriptions

The app is free to download and free to complete the assessment with. The 30-day plan and the guided sessions require one of:

PlanUS priceFree trial
Weekly$4.99No
Monthly$9.993 days
Yearly$34.993 days
Lifetime$99.99 once

US App Store prices. Apple converts and rounds these per country, so your local price may differ. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancelling

Apple owns this flow, so it is the same for every app:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Choose VitalityRise, then Cancel Subscription.

Cancel before a free trial ends and you are not charged. Cancel mid-period and you keep access until that period runs out.

Restoring a purchase

New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open the app's Settings and tap Restore Purchases. You must be signed in with the same Apple ID that made the original purchase — this is the cause of nearly every failed restore.

Refunds

Apple handles all refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue them and cannot see the outcome.

Privacy and permissions

Apple Health

Optional, read-only, and limited to your daily step count. Nothing is written back to Health, and step data is never sent anywhere. Revoke it in the Health app → Sharing → Apps, and the rest of the app is unaffected.

Notifications

All reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device — there is no push server involved. The wording is deliberately non-disclosing so that a preview on your lock screen does not tell anyone anything. Turn them off in the app or in iOS Settings → Notifications.

Your data

Assessment answers, baseline and current scores, check-ins, streaks and plan progress live on your device and are never uploaded. Deleting the app deletes all of it. The privacy policy covers the limited anonymous analytics and install attribution that do leave the device, and why.

Using the app

The session timer feels too fast or too slow

The timings are fixed per session by design — the plan progresses you from 3-second holds to 6-second holds over the 30 days rather than letting you jump ahead. If a session is genuinely too hard, repeat the previous day rather than pushing through with the wrong muscles; technique matters more than volume.

I'm not sure I'm doing it right

That is the single most common problem in pelvic floor training and no app can solve it. The two checks are on the kegel exercises page. If you are still unsure, one session with a pelvic health physiotherapist is worth more than any app, including this one.

The app is in the wrong language

VitalityRise ships in 22 languages and follows your iPhone's language by default. You can override it in the app's Settings, or in iOS Settings → VitalityRise → Language.

Something else

support@vitalityrize.me — bugs, billing, a correction to something on this site, or a feature you want. Corrections to the clinical pages are especially welcome.

Common questions

How do I cancel my VitalityRise subscription?

Cancelling is done through Apple, not through the app: open iOS Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, choose VitalityRise and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancelling during a 3-day free trial costs nothing as long as you do it before the trial ends. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled entirely by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase and choose 'Request a refund'. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, and we have no visibility into whether one was granted. If Apple declines and you think that is wrong, email us and we will say what we can.

I paid but the app is still locked.

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases, making sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. If that does not work, email support@vitalityrize.me with the date of purchase and we will sort it out.

What does the Apple Health permission do?

It reads your daily step count, read-only, and nothing else. It is optional, it is used to fill in the movement goal, and the app never writes anything to Health. You can revoke it at any time in the Health app under Sharing, and the rest of the app carries on working.

Are the notifications discreet?

Yes, deliberately. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device, never sent from a server, and worded so that a lock-screen preview does not disclose anything about what the app is for. You can turn them off in the app's settings or in iOS Settings.

Can I use it on iPad or Android?

It is an iPhone app, iOS 17 or later. It will run on an iPad in compatibility mode but is not designed for it, and there is no Android version.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app. Your assessment answers, scores, streaks and plan progress are stored on the device only, so removing the app removes all of it. There is no account and no server-side copy to request the deletion of.
